I am always looking for a no-nonsense, bottom-line, can you fix it and if so how much kind of business. I want them to get it done. I don't necessarily have time to socialize, I just need to know if they can get it done. That is what I like about Andy OnCall. They are friendly, but they want to get down to business about what the problem is, what they can do, and the time frame.

I like doing bus that way. I have been using them for a long time, and the fact that I use them again and again tells you something about their business. Their work turns out fine, otherwise I wouldn't call them back again.
