horrible customer service!

The phone receptionists here are great! Very pleasant and kind. Unfortunately, they are not the ones who provide service to my home. The gentleman who came out was rude and hostile. He rang the bell and pushed his way into my home without so much as a greeting or even showing his badge or ID. He carelessly moved items out of his way without asking and wouldn't even respond to direct questions or pleasantries. Horrible experience. Would never call them again!

We are very sorry for the experience Ms. McCants had with one of our craftsman. However, we have not heard from her since April 2012 when she received a quote. We would have been glad to rectify the situation had she ever notified us of it. We could have sent another craftsman, or even had the manager review the project personally. We pride ourselves on only working with polite, respectful and professional craftsmen. Such an incident would not have been ignored if we knew about it.
