It started with the delivery truck not showing up on the agreed to date of our move. When then got a call from the driver that they weren't going to make it. They did show up in the early afternoon with a "borrowed" crew who promptly left at 5pm but hadn't finished the job. They came late the next day and eventually finished in the afternoon which delayed our flights out, etc. We paid extra for the insurance as well as to have them pack our treadmill. Short story, when they unpacked the treadmill their own technician stated it was broken and wasn't working property. We filed an insurance claim only to have a completely unqualified technician arrive and our claim denied. I completely regret choosing them. Great sales job. Horrendous delivery.
