I had been using another home inspector when I met Tim Williams at an open house. I got his card and decided to contact him to do a home inspection for one of my clients. My first experience with Tim was very positive. I was pleased with his report. My clients were so happy with him and he did such a thorough inspection that I decided to continue using him. Most of my clients want to be in the house during the inspection. Tim is fine with this and, in fact, he is easy to work with. He explains things to my clients and does not rush them. He makes them feel comfortable. Another important distinction is that Tim is certified, whereas a lot of home inspectors are not. This is something potential clients should be aware of.
