I have been a customer with the same unit for over 15 years and pay MORE than first year unit renters. Does that make sense? Management constantly changes and rent rate INCREASES sometimes 2x a year! There is zero loyalty to those who have been long time renters in good standing. When trying to get an explanation of rate increases, the owner does not contact you back. They told me to move my stuff out and re-rent the unit to get the cheaper price. What? Ridiculous.
