I have been a customer of Coastal Import for 25 years. They are like my family doctor in that they know me, I know them, and I can call them on the phone for free advice if I need to. When I go to them with an emergency, they get me in right away.

They have serviced a number of cars for me over the years, all Volvos with the exception of one '67 MGB. When I take my cars there, I have faith that they will find what is wrong, fix it, and do it as economically as possible.

On the occasion that I have had to go back, Coastal Import has resolved the issue quickly and there have been no problems. I have ultimate trust in them. Also, the people I have referred to Coastal Import over the years have all had good experiences as well.
