I contacted Qualtech Heating & Cooling and Daniel did the assessment. He took the time to explain what the process will be, discussed the pricing and timing. The assessment was very thorough and a pleasant experience getting an estimate. He also gave me a lot of education about the process. During the installation, the guys were on time, clean, respectful of my home and kept it clean. Daniel came out, checked the work and walked me through a number of my questions.
