I have been using Preferred Automotive, and only them, for years. I have been a loyal customer because of their extreme friendliness and honesty. They are absolutely friendly and they go out of their way to to help me. I have had all the car work I have needed done here; they have done everything for me! When they suggest that its time for me to purchase a new car, I listen. When I went to purchase a new car, I had them do a diagnostic before I made the commitment. Their tests and opinions gave me the confidence to make a car purchase. I would not buy a car without their help. After purchasing the car I have never gone to the dealership for maintenance- always Preferred Automotive. They are just very nice, honest, and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue with their work or service.
