I have been taking my car(s) to Mike and Gary at Preferred for many years. First my Toyota, then an Acura Integra and now my Subaru. They have always been extremely professional, knowledgable and pleasant. Since I keep my cars for 10 years +, it is also important they have always been upfront about when its not worth it to make repairs on my vehicle.

My latest visit was for rear wheel hubs and bearings which required a stay overnight to complete the work. They arranged for a rental and covered the cost which was above and beyond what was required.
