Preferred Automotive is very good; so good, that I prefer using them over the dealership. This is mainly because they are so personable and nice at Preferred. I've used them for several years and their level of customer friendly service has remained the same. They tell you what you need to have done to take care of your car and remind when you need to come in for an oil change. I've predominantly used them for oil changes but, recently, they replaced my battery and repaired my battery cables. Their prices are reasonable and I highly recommend them!
