We have trusted Preferred for many years to do the maintenance and repairs on our cars. They only do what needs to be done, and we never worry that we are being "taken" in any way. They are kind and courteous, and are able to explain mechanical issues to this undereducated customer without making me feel stupid. We would never consider going anywhere else!
