My wife and I moved from Jersey City and bought a house in Middletown that needed some work and are so happy we hired National Home Improvements. The owner Ralph (and his foreman Eric) is the consummate professional and a great guy. He spent the time to go through what we wanted to accomplish with the project and quoted us a great price. I think we signed the contract on a Friday and the dumpster for demo was in our driveway by Tuesday. In our project we renovated the entire upstairs (including hardwood floors), reconstructed the stairway , replaced our front door and renovated our refinished basement (including carpeting and electrical). We are thrilled with the quality of the work and plan on hiring him again. This was our first major renovation and Ralph took the time to explain and guide us through it. The one area that we most appreciated was the regular communication keeping us updated on the progress and the inevitable issues that come up in a big project. I recommend National Home Improvements to anybody. Hiring Ralph is like having a contractor in the family.
