We moved into this module home not quite a year ago and with the condition this place was in we figured that the ducts haven't been cleaned since the day it was put together about 50 years ago.
Advanced Services was recommended to us, so I phoned. We never had central air nor forced hot air and knew nothing about its maintenance. To make it more difficult we weren't from this area. With hesitancy I left my name and number on their web page and in a very short time they phoned me. From the person who phoned me to Sheldon, Rodney and I think the last was Fred I was impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and helpfulness.
They were on time, they covered my floors, they took all of their trash, even when my trash can was right next to their stuff. They answered my questions, they showed me pictures of all the dirt in our vents and yes, from the amount of dirt they hadn't been cleaned in 50 years.
I had tried cleaning a few of the vents they looked better but not good. When they were finished, I truly thought that they had replaced my vents because they looked brand new until I saw the chipped paint and bits of rust and I knew that they were my old vents BUT do they ever look so good. When they were done, they put a sticker on my heater so I will know when I should have them cleaned again. We couldn't be happier with the job that they have done and already have 2 friends that are planning on calling Advanced.
