My garage door crashed down so I contacted Seattle Overhead Doors at 4:30 pm. Even though I said it was okay to have someone here the next day, a repairman showed up at 6:45 pm that evening and stayed until 8:45 pm at no extra cost. And the guy did great work. Everything he did to solidify the repair was obvious even to me...much more so than the way it was before. And the garage door even sounded quieter and smoother after he finished the repair. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
