Experience was mixed, but good.
I had two new systems installed by Seattle's Choice Overhead Garage Door Repair Co. The installation went great, but a year later the motherboard went out. They replaced it, but it went out again.
That last time, I was on the phone when the technician called me. I texted back to tell him I couldn't answer at the moment, and for some reason he took my message to mean I wasn't available for the appointment. When I called him back, he said he couldn't come back until 4 p.m. because he was already on his way to another place. That seemed really stupid. I understand that their days are jam-packed, but I did not like being told that I was not priority.
Don't tell me your problems! Show me why I'm paying you $2,000. Would I recommend them to a neighbor? Yes, but with a caveat: everything has been fine with the exception of that one kid. In the end, I did sort of bully him into returning for the job, and it only took about 15 minutes.
