Five Star Limousine did a great job in responding to me and handling everything for the set up. I hired them for my sister's bachelorette party and had them pick up all the bridesmaids. Some had to wait outside for a lengthy time so that was a bother. The whole party was stressful to plan anyway - but when travel time ran short - I felt like it could have been communicated and handled better. I spent a lot of money for guests to wait and travel time to run short - not the plan I had. The gentleman who set everything up was amazing! I just wish the timing could have been more convenient for all the guests. I still recommend them though because everything else was really nice!
