Window replacement resulted in excessive wind noise as well as significant water leakage when it rains. Requested a new window but technician opted to reseal the window even after acknowledging that the window slid down significantly when it was installed. Window still has wind noise and water still leaks through the faulty seal. I contacted Platinum a second time to request a replacement and was told that I would be contacted for an appointment time the following week. No one called. I called a week later to request an appointment and repair but was told that my account record could not be found in the computer system. Excuses, excuses, excuses.... don't waste your time.
