I waited in a comfortable showroom for a brief amount of time. My fiance initiated the process to replace a window and we got it done within a day of making the call. I didn't have to wait at all when I got here to be helped and was told the car would be finished sooner than I had planned. The staff was very friendly and the chairs felt like marshmallows.
