The people were wonderful and the plumbing job was very good, but we had some incidents that tainted the experience a bit.

For instance, when they put some plumbing in a bathroom closet, they ended up drilling right through the wall and into the kitchen. They fixed it, but you can still see where the holes were. Then, they had to remove a dishwasher so I could have new flooring put in. But when they put in the dishwasher, it leaked on the new wood floor, and some of the floor was damaged. To their credit, they come back immediately the same morning I called. They were very quick. But then they put in a garbage disposal that also leaked. Again, they came right back, and they did a great job repairing it. They were really nice.

They were extremely responsive and responsible, and they even said they would take care of the damaged floor, but I have not decided if that is necessary. I cannot say enough about the people. They were great. And the actual plumbing was actually very good. There were just a few incidents and that were discouraging.
