My husband and I went to checkout a van from Carl's Van Rentals in order to take a local trip to the beach. We have a large family and needed a larger vehicle to accommodate everyone. Both the man and woman at the service desk were very friendly and nice. They were a great help and provided excellent customer service. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. We were in and out in a matter of minutes. The van that they rented out to us was clean and comfortable. It drove fine and was in good condition.
