This was my first experience with Carl's Van Rentals and it was mostly good. The only issue was when I came back to drop it off, the guy didn't understand what was going on and it was very frustrating. He kept saying the price was more than it was and that my deposit didn't count. I knew what would be coming out of my account but he didn't seem to understand. Everyone else was great, the guy who checked me in was great, I highly recommend him. I was very pleased except for checking back in, I felt like the guy needed to be a little more customer service oriented.
