Booking the rental with Carl's Van Rentals was a little difficult because the receptionist couldn't get us the right information. She also didn't write down my correct e-mail, so I didn't get the rental confirmation. This made it difficult when we went to pick up the car, but once they found the booking everything was fine. The pick up and drop off, on the other hand, was a good experience. This was not our first time using them and we continue going to them because of their convenient location. You get what you pay for, so for now I'm happy with Carl's Van Rentals.
