Fast and efficient.
This was my first experience with The Body Shop. I was in an accident, hit from the rear. The insurance paid for it. The Body Shop was on the list of shops to go to. I called the BBB to research them and they had nothing bad to say about them so I took my car there. They did a good job. They were able to replace it in a timely manner. I took it in, they got the parts and had it done the very next day. It was fast. I'd go back there again if I had to.
