The Body Shop is very quick with their service, communicate about what is going on, and are knowledgeable about what they do. When I had a giant tree limb fall on our van I took it to them. They had to replace parts, including some plastic ones, and paint it. It was the front driver's side area, and it looks beautiful.

Especially compared to other experiences I've had with body shops, at The Body Shop they are the most personable and relatable people I have dealt with. They want to do a good job and want to make sure everyone understands the process. It is easy to tell it really is a family business.
