Outstanding customer service!
I was having a minor steering problem in my car and took it into Bellevue Auto.
Ali greeted me when I showed up and offered to drive around the block to see if he could get a handle on the steering problem. After that he raised the car to look underneath. He did a 20 minute inspection and explained that everything appeared to be fine and that I shouldn't worry about anything for now.
He didn't charge me an inspection fee and was extremely personable and friendly.
I'm fairly positive that mechanics like this don't really exist anymore. He just earned a loyal customer.
