For more than two years, I had been awakened in the night by severe leg cramps and pain. It would bring me out of a sound sleep to panic. I had pain pills, but after the fact did not help the on-going problem. Finally my Group Health Primary Care Physcian referred me out for massage to see if it would help. He chose All Star to provide 10 massages. Amazingly, after the first treatment on my legs and lower back by Starla resulted in the first all-night sound sleep I had had in two years! This contined as she worked on my legs weekly until the 10 appointments were through. Although I miss the massage, I still do not have the awful cramps at night. I am eternally thankful for her skills, her gentle way of working and talking, and miss her still. The All Star Medi Spa facilty is quiet and calming, a natural atmosphere for the work they do. I would (and have) recommended them over any other similar business in Bellevue or Seattle.
