We decided to contact Ben Franklin Plumbing because the previous homeowners had used them and there were stickers throughout the house. I know a lot of plumbing companies through my business, but I chose to hire Ben Franklin Plumbing because I was impressed with their responsiveness. The person who called us to set up the contract was also very responsive and thorough. Overall, they were very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Incredible service.
