I was very pleased with Floor Coverings International Rochester and the people that they sent out to represent them. I had them repair my floors, and everything turned out great. The person they sent out to do the work was excellent. He came on time and got the work done efficiently. He even returned a few times at no additional cost to make sure that everything was working out well. This was my first time using them, and I would definitely use them again.
