Yann, the owner of Floor Coverings, did the estimate for the installation of my luxury vinyl floor. He was very personable, answering all my questions clearly. When we had appointments to do the work, the installers got here promptly and cleaned up their mess at the end of the work day. They explained how to take care of my new floor after they left. The follow-up was great. I was happy with the whole experience!
