Not very satisfied

The two movers were nice and friendly. How ever, I was not satisfied with the outcome of my grievance when I reported damage to the apartment. The resolution did not meet my expectations as I have to pay for the repair

I sent you email which I produced below. Driver said the indention in wall is nickle sized and could be repaired in couple minutes. I offered to send him by but you never responded to email below.

It was our pleasure!! Thank you for choosing us as your move. I am sorry for the hole in the wall. I spoke with driver about the hole. He said he can swing by and fill it in with putty if you would like. Most likely your apartment complex will just dab a finger of putty on it. Please let me know what you would like me to do.
