We've had A Bailey Industries since 1998. They've very personable, and they do the job well. They send the same technician, Greg, every time, who is very efficient.

We pay them for the month and they come out once a month. We have 16 acres of land with 5 buildings, and they go around and check them all for bugs. Some of the buildings are further outside and aren't part of the main house, and in those buildings, they lay traps for little mice. Because we pay for the month, we can call them out anytime and they'll come right away. For instance, we once found a bee or a wasp nest, and Greg came out and eliminated them.

The woods own this property, and I run it. Around 1995, we had various pest control services, and they would send someone different every time who didn't know the property, so it was a bit frustrating. We were extremely pleased when we found A Bailey Industries since they consistently sent Greg out.
