I called several places to find someone to clean stains from my sofa - several would not attempt it because a solvent based cleaning was recommended. Chem-Dry was willing to try but with no guarantees. I cautiously entrusted them with my expensive sofa and they performed an admirable job in removing the stains. They warned me the results would probably be limited but we went ahead. They worked hard and I am satisfied the the previous blood, ink and water stains are at least 95% gone -- you have to know where they were to find them now.

I will use them again and recommend them to others as well.
