Adam was the crew member that came out. He called a few hours before the appointment time to say he would be late and if that would be a problem. He gave us a new time and called again to say he was on the way at the new time. He knew his business and we were able to settle on the right service. He was done in the said about of time; the carpet looked great;and was dry within a few hours.
The video on their web site sold me. I made the appointment but Adam sold my husband on their work.
