Floor Coverings International did not actually do work for us, but they provided material and resources. They sold us some pre-manufactured wood flooring and once we started the installation, we were unhappy with it. So they worked with the manufacturer of the wood flooring to replace it with a different one, and they helped facilitate that very well! They have a very friendly staff, listened to us, and helped us find what we needed!
