They have been great to us. I have been dealing with Pessemiers Complete Auto Care for about twenty-five years; pretty much since they have been there.

I believe you should price a dealer by the hour, and Pessemiers is quite a bit cheaper than a dealer on a per-hour basis. We have had nothing but good experiences with them. If something goes wrong, they make it right, no questions asked.

They get the work done on time and they will deliver our cars if the job takes longer. The quality of work is excellent. They have had the same two mechanics working for them as long as I can remember, and Greg will help out if either of them has a question. For a small shop, independent shop, they are on top of it.
