We had R&S Erection of Concord out to help with some general maintenance on our garage door. After making a few adjustments and lubricating the wheels of our door, the guy noticed that the plastic lenses covering our light bulb had been cracked and taped together. He mentioned that he had some extra covers in his car, and slapped them on at no charge. I was very impressed to see a business go the extra mile.
