From the very first time I contacted R&S (a late Sunday emergency call), the experience has been awesome. I ended up purchasing a new door from R&S and Frank the sales guy was great. He provided me with all the information and hand holding that I needed. And Ryan, my install technician is equally as great. He calls to let me know when to expect him, calls again when he is on his way, and when he get's to my home he is extremely professional. He answers all my questions, makes sure that everything is working correctly, and is on his way. I would highly recommend R & S to anyone of my family and friends.
