I used R&S Erection of Concord a couple of times, the first was for my own personal garage, and the second was for a rental property. I had a door that was too heavy so they replaced the mechanism with a stronger motor. The second time they aligned the door and also replaced the motor. Both jobs worked out well, and I was super grateful that they were able to work with my schedule because I was in a hurry.
