I had a wonderful experience at the Wilburn in Mooresville. I got daily emails about the progress, even pictures.
My last experience at the Wilburn in Cornelius was horrible. I was told it would take 3 days to have all the repairs completed. I got NO phone calls, NO EMAILS. When three days lapsed...I called to check on progress, left a message, no return call. I called again the next day, I was told Brian would get back to me, he did the following day. He stated the car wasn't ready but he'd call me by 2pm that day to let me know where we stood regarding pick up the following day. He never called. I called the next day and he was very snippy with me and said my car took extra time but was now ready for pick up. HORRIBLE and unacceptable, I will never go back.
