I was truly floored on the outstanding service I received. I was called as promised regarding the progress on my car. It was completed on time. When I picked up my car ... it was washed, the heat was on, ready for me to inspect, sign, and leave. I was WoW 'ed! Also great having Enterprise on site also helped.
