Can't really give much of a rating, as no work was done. No one offered to help me find my car so that I could empty my personal belongings out of it. I personally believe my car was fixable. I had just done a couple thousand dollars worth of work on it, so while I got the NADA value on my car, my car was actually worth more. It seems like they were quick to total my car as I am sure someone could have repaired it and sold it for a good amount more than the cost to repair it. Parts alone were worth a lot.
