I started in tai chi with the Grand Master Yin at Chinese American school at Highland High in 1975 and then went to the studio to practice with Master Cheng Tsang Lu. Tai chi has been a part of my day since that time. Sometimes I greet the dawn with tai chi and other times wind down later in the day with tai chi. The genius and magical hands of Elaine Lu and the acupuncture of Master Lu made me virtually free from life long head aches.
