I recommend Blue Haven Pools every opportunity I get. They have been able to gain maybe 8 or 9 referrals from me. I especially appreciate Doug. He is the designer and salesperson that I worked with, and he is awesome. He is very patient with customers, he explains everything clearly, and he is reachable. I would give him a perfect rating. The only problem I have had is that two motors went out after a short duration. This is not the fault of Blue Have Pools, but I have suggested that they warn people to get an extended warranty on those items.

Blue Haven Pools have been good to me. If I were to sell my house and get one without pool, I would not hesitate to call Blue Haven. There are three people in my community who have used them as a result of my experience. I am one for details, and I know what I want. I do a lot homework before making a major purchase and I research reputations and read all the fine print. My neighbors did not have to do all that work because they saw my experience and they took my word. I told them they had access to my yard if they want to see the process, and my neighbor two houses down had them build a pool at the same time.
