I've been going to SA for about 20 years and have never been disappointed with the service or work. Prior to going to SA, I went to another servicer who consistently mis-diagnosed problems and told me "that's the way it is with these cars." One stop at SA and they fixed all the nagging problem, at what I considered to be very reasonable rates. I was sold after that.
