This was my first time going to Thomas Auto Body. My insurance company told me about them; I had no prior knowledge of Thomas Auto Body. I have been pretty much accident free for my whole life, but this was a minor parking-lot accident. We were both backing up and rapped bumpers.

My car is a clunker, and I wouldn't have even fixed it if it wasn't for insurance. A light was damaged, and so that needed to be replaced. Even though the car is old, it is in pretty good shape, both the body and the paint. Thomas Auto Body really fixed it like a new car. I also liked that they totally detailed the inside of the car like a showroom car.

They really did a nice job. I liked them a lot; they were fine workers and people. They were respectful. The car was in there a little longer than I would have liked, and that is the only reason I gave them a 4. The whole thing was better than I expected.
