My car had been vandalized and keyed all along the sides. When I got to Johnnie's Body Shop & Towing, they were very, very nice. They actually offered a vehicle for my use while they were working on my car, and I was ecstatic about that. I didn't know what I would have done otherwise while my car was in the shop.

I talked to the guy at Johnnie's Body shop to have it set up for a vehicle. After that it was about two weeks and I still hadn't heard from them. They didn't try to contact me to let me know that a vehicle had come in that I could use. I thought they would communicate with me, but they didn't, so I called them. We had to set it up all over again, and then it was a week again before I got a car. Though I am very happy that they provide this service, for someone trying to get a car up and running again it was a far longer process than I was hoping for.

Once the car was in the shop, it was actually pretty quick. They really got my car in and out. They also told me to bring it back in a month for a wax job. I thought that they would call to remind me and set up an appointment, but they never did.

They were all very nice and polite, but I had to call them on several different occasions. Also, when I brought my car home I noticed quite a few things that I need to point out to them which I bring it back for the wax. There is white chalk all over the car. Maybe they take it off when they do the wax, but it is spread all over. Also, there is a panel between the door and roof, and on both sides it is coming undone and is sticking up. It was firmly in place before. Finally, I have grey leather seats, and there are black scuff marks that I can't scrub off.

The paint job itself though looks amazing. They did a really good job. I pretty much got a whole new paint job except for the bumpers, and it looks really good.
