I called COIT to clean my 2-story, 3000 sq ft home. The salesman talked them up real good, and if they had done everything he said they would, it would have been fine. But they were in and out of the house way too quickly (6 rooms in under an hour) to have gotten everything clean. It felt very rushed and the job wasn't done well at all. It was a total waste of money, and I wouldn't have them again.
