Came and picked up area rugs. We were not told the rugs would be inspected first before estimate given. It caused problems for us because the rugs had been in an area rooked up that was flooded. Finally he did he would take it out and unroll it. A few days later I was called and told the large rug was in bad shape with the backing deteriorating. I ask them to just dispose of the rug which 'twas done. I ask about repair to the fringe of the smaller rug and was told it would be an additional 125.00 to replace the fringe on the one side. I ask if the fringe could be removed from the other side and it would be cheaper than replacing the fringe. A few days later I get a call that my rug was being delivered. When it came I ask for it to be unrolled so I could see it. The raged fringe edge had not been repaired, replaced or cutt off. The rug llooked awful. Spots were still there and there was one that looked like tar. All told I spent 85.00 for nothing. Great waste of my time and effort. Tge delivery guy said they would take it back and re lean the rug but I figured that would be a waste also since they couldn't clean it to begin with. I say forget it. Oh tge invoice was for the large and small rug cleaning. Tge delivery guy had to call the office to get it strutted out . The bill was over a hundred dollars too much.
