Thorough cleaning, but crew arrived with insufficient instructions
I had to haggle over price because, despite telling the order taker I was ordering this work for the hallways of a condominium (a residence), the crew treated it as a commercial job. The crew arrived surprised they were doing external hallways and not my unit hallways.
