Technicians were prompt and nice. Sales also.
One problem: brochure claims to be able to remove pet odors, but technicians stated they could not. They wanted to replace padding. They agreed to try, but said the treatment would last approximately 90 days before the odor would return. It lasted 3 days. Please remove the claim from your brochure.
